The marketing choice to call ourselves an "Airbnb management service" was made by the management services themselves in order to piggyback the success of Airbnb. This platform  resonates the most with the general public.

While Airbnb offers excellent returns for property investors, it is difficult for property owners with daily responsibilities to be able to offer their Airbnb guests 24-hour service, as well as coordinate the logistics of daily check ins, cleaning and maintenance.
Not only does Starhost manage the daily hassles, we also ensure the best occupancy by ensuring that your listing receives the best exposure and reviews. Communicating with guests, cleaning between each let, meeting and greeting guests who often arrive late. The added value of an Airbnb management service is that it organises the entire rental management process. 
When you let an asset, by definition you are not available on-site, and therefore, the idea of delegating makes perfect sense. Before the general public were really aware of the management services offer, many owners managed everything themselves or had (more or less successfully) perfected their own management of their property with the help of a concierge, cleaner, neighbours or even friends.

Is it safe to have Airbnb guests in my property?

The Airbnb community is very well regulated in the sense that if a guest ever causes any damage o breaks any rules, they will receive a poor rating on the community profile and thus it is unlikely that they will ever be hosted again. This self regulating measure works very well. To supplement this Starhost will ensure that all guests are verified with government IDs and positive reviews. In the event that any body corporate rules are broken Starhost will ensure that the guests are dealt with accordingly. To date none of our landlords have experienced any damage to any of their units.
